It is not a conspiracy to state facts. The court appointed attorney never petitioned the court for an evaluation of otherwise. Her former manager just admitted he had not spoken to Britney in years but he continued to be paid in that time. Britney is not allowed to hire an attorney without the approval of the court.

IMO, Britney is reluctant to have an evaluation because of the types of people the court has appointed supposedly in her interest in the past. Until the past couple years it wasn’t known how abusive the situation was for Britney. And the way the system is set up around conservatorship makes it incredibly difficult to even get a new attorney. At minimum the attorney that just requested to resign should have been petitioning the court to end the conservatorship…

HBO is ridiculous for greenlighting this nonsense. The show was dated when it was on, I can’t imagine time will help the reboot be anything other than stupid.

Legality and sports doping are not one and the same though. People have gotten banned or lost medals because of pseudoephedrine and other legal drugs. 

It is sucks but doping is strict. Gymnast Andreea Răducan was stripped of her gold medal for having pseudoephedrine in her system.
