One of the more reliable 16 year old cars you could buy that’s actually worth owning. Swap in a manual trans and drive happy for millions of miles to come.

I’d rather have the current car, but there’s something about the 2008 that just looks right.
Ya, you can make all the jokes you want, but 200mph+ wheel to wheel takes an insane amount of skill and nerve. It’s not my favorite, or 10th favorite even, series to watch, but the drivers are the real deal.
5 green options and 3 purple? It’s time to move to Canada.
Of course you don’t need AWD. I’ve owned a turbocharged mkI miata, and a mkI GTi through winters in Colorado(to be fair, they aren’t bad winters) and both cars were absolutely brilliant with snow tires. Light weight cars work everywhere.
I’m still waiting on 2011+ models to drop in value enough to justify. I would love to have a new one as well.
If heated steering wheel is an option, it is also a must have. The ugly wheel from my Allroad is still in my garage in hopes I will install it in my A4. :(
Thanks! That makes sense.
Not until a ill advised visit to the amusement park haha
Holy smokes that thing is pretty in the most purposeful way. I want.
There was a awd, supercharged, manual swap example for sale here in Colorado this summer that went for similar money. I don’t think it’s crack pipe, but it would be easier to accept with a 3rd pedal.
Great, now I’m all nostalgic for my Darda toys I had as a kid.
How does one exit the car if it is on its roof? Not knocking the car here, just curious. I would love to have one.
This is the first civil argument about the aesthetics of an automobile ever witnessed on the internet haha. We can just agree to disagree.
The Family Truckster and the Agera R are perfect automobiles. Your argument is invalid.
I saw this car on the GT last night. I’ve seen other videos/photos, but something about the silver makes that car absolutely stunning. It might be one of my favorite designs of all time.
Why would you, as a German manufacturer, not consult with Kraftwerk? This makes no sense.
What is the existing car? Is it bad in the snow because it has crap tires? Another set of wheels and snow tires is a hell of a lot cheaper than another car.
I only count to 4 or 5... double tall gin and tonics
I can’t get over how pretty the AMG GT C Roadster is. The standard AMG GT is already stunning, but man it looks good with no roof.
