Has Supergirl “flourished”? The pilot was so terrible I couldn’t watch any more. Thought it was a terrible waste of an IP.

The Earth Balance Update was totally needed. Dinosaurs were so OP.
“they almost made Snoke female. They also toyed with the idea that Snoke is incredibly beautiful to look at, like a marble statue, but then you realize the Dark Side has consumed him and turned him into something ghoulish.”
Is this ever explained? I didn’t see the movie. Is there some sort of backstory? Is there a year book picture reveal of the pirate wearing doc martins and a plaid shirt tied around his waist?! Or is it just a thing in a movie that’s never explained?
(I’d also argue that—SPOILER ALERT!—Kylo Ren teaches Rey a lot about using the Force. Every time she gets better at using it in this film, it’s right after Kylo Ren has tried to use it against her. She sees what he’s doing, and copies it. I thought it was fairly explicit that Kylo Ren is Rey’s “teacher” in this movie.)
I honestly can’t remember what happens in the second and third Bourne movies. I remember the first one pretty well. All I remember from the second one is his girlfriend gets sniped and then he does stuff. All I remember from the third one is Julia Stiles explains to Matt Damon that they were an item... which made zero…
I wouldn’t consider Inside Out one of the Top 10 SciFi films of the year. In fact I don’t consider it one of Pixar’s better efforts at all. It’s an old, recycled premise - and while it wasn’t terrible to watch, it dragged in the middle.
What the hell is up with Supreme Leader Snoke? How did he come to power, what are his powers and how big is he?
Really? The Bengals have actually been drafting really well for about the last decade. The team they currently have has more of their own drafted players than any other team in the NFL, and their success this year, and the last 3 years, plays out that they drafted well.
The Bengals didn’t dump Palmer. They really REALLY wanted to keep him. But Palmer “retired”, and sat out half a season before the Bengals finally traded his contract to the Raiders.
Totally agree. Looks really bad. Cheap. Didn’t help that the execution of the trailer was complete garbage. Did they seriously use Inception Bwahhh? I thought trailers had more or less moved beyond that. Guess not.
I actually really enjoyed the original Tarzan novel. This obviously isn’t that, but it could be cool if it captures the tone of the character. I’ll probably check it out. As you pointed out the cast is pretty great.
Yes. This was maybe my favorite episode of the series, in no small credit to Ravi.
David Fincher - Joe Pitt Casebooks.
So... this is some sort of Dr. Who - Harry Potter Crossover?
at least you cast a ton of doubt on this and were clear that there’s no credible source... unlike “JLA cartoon is absolutely confirmed!” (though, there were 0 credible sources)
but these are real witches because it’s spelled wytches... like real vampires are vampyres.
All those laser pointers are unnecessary, as it’s possible to synthesize excited bromide in an argon matrix... as soon as we apply a field we couple to a state, that is radiatively coupled to a ground state. That’s right, radiatetively. Observe:
Sure, Ria. Please Instagram, tweet, or just picture blog here your meals for the next month. I look forward to seeing your take on the cricket, palm weevil, larvae, and mealworm salad.
Obviously I can only comment on books on the list I’ve ready, still I’d strike some and add others. Right off the top of my head:
