Not everyone falls for everything. But studies have shown that with these techniques, it increases sales, therefore, they all do it.

So, do we need to have an “Affirmative Action” for the Oscars now?
I didn’t want say that out loud... But exactly.
They don’t have a choice. Whenever it came to vote, 95% of the state voted against it, and it was Detroit / Flint that passed it. It is generally beneficial to people who don’t have insurance, or only has personal liability insurance because then they don’t have to pay for the damages to your car when they hit you.
I’ll only toss out the “typical BMW asshat” comment if I get cut off by one, see one driving like an asshat or see one double-parked somewhere. Other than that, just another person driving their car of choice.
I made the giant dumbass mistake of selling my RX-8 to get something more practical...
You own a WRX? I place you into the category of. “God damn, that guy / gal has an awesome ass car and I’m jealous, I hope I don’t hit anyone looking over my shoulder at that awesome fucking car.”
Don’t forget the “rental car smell” too. I’ve driven brand new ones with less than 50 miles on them with that weird-ass smell.
+1 for the Mazda!
I really don’t feel bad when I see people do this type of thing... I mean, it sucks he lost his car and all that money, but, this is what you get. If you want to ‘supercharge’ your car, make sure you know what your doing,
We have a couple of these curved road things here, they call them “Speed Control Islands” and they are meant to slow people down. It doesn’t work, you hit the angle just right and you can take the curve pretty fast and it’s fun. If you fail, you hit the curb and keep going...
We shouldn’t just dismiss things though because of up-front cost. It may be easier and cheaper to spray chemicals on the road, but if we used that logic, then we’d have dirt roads still, because what’s the point of building concrete / asphalt roads when they need to be fixed and replaced.
I bought one for when I travel (I live in Hotels 50% of the year, so taking a rig with me is not feasible).
I don’t see an issue with this? New roads and new water pipes?!
My wife is going to school to be a Psychologist. I’ll have to have her start thinking of ways to make her degree worth it... lol
It’s.... Japan. Look at the list, handhelds are what is selling over there...
Cost? Would the hyperloop be cheaper than a $150 - $200 plane ticket? Regardless of the time loss. That’s the only thing I can think of... I mean, I drive 3 hours each month to visit family when I could fly and it take 45 minutes. But the cost outweighs the time. That, and my next part...
I have to agree with you. $20k (even on a car that costs $100k+) is a ridiculous discount. Even states like Michigan, that have “Pricing” laws wouldn’t even cover that big of a discount on another one like it.
There are just some things I don’t care to make a strong password for.
That’s because they are all breaking the law. This country has gone for so long without proper highway police (budget cuts / other crime on the rise) 99% of the time we are driving, there is not a highway cop around.
