Not being snarky, but I recommend, instead of spending your money on the “chance” that you might get a 2-3 year old game for free, buy a 2-3 year old game for $10-15. Or if you just want to try it, then Red Box or Gamefly might be the best way to go.

I think that it might be a backroom shady and intentional decision involving large amounts of money would add an incredible sense of realism to any game with FIFA proudly stamped on it.

Yep...I try and warn my teammates if I’m going to attempt to back up or charge. I find even when I’m moving forward sometimes people just leap through my shield and straight into the enemy team and I’m like waaaat.

As a game developer, whenever people complain about “being pulled out of their inventories in load screens” I wanna rip my hair out. The fact that you can access your inventory while loading *at all* is a small miracle of engineering. It's hard not to look at gamers as entitled when they complain about the tiniest…

Exactly. The massive influx of people who would’ve never spent $20 on the game to spread the word is what made the game such a hit. It may have been a minor Steam hit, but the free part is what got tens of thousands of people who would have never heard of it.

To be fair, I doubt Rocket League would have ever enjoyed this measure of success had it not been the free game of the month on PSN.

this game is an rpg/mmo lite not an fps like cod.

I’ve had one Dreamcast since 99, I didn’t know they were fragile.

Though I’ve only had 1 Ps2, 360, Ps3, and Ps1 as well. I may be too careful with consoles. Actually thinking back I kept my Ps1 on a baker’s cooling rack to alleviate heat issues. And my current computer has a push/pull 212 cooler with 6 additional case…
