I've heard that before. I've never understood that Latin America though. Perhaps culturally, though that is pretty thin, since both continents were never colonized by the same group of people.

Much like the situation with Pluto, I feel as if at some point the primary body that oversees these things need to come to agreement as to what is and is not a geological continent, because it is kind of annoying this far out and we still have no formal agreement what is and isn't a continent.

Fair point, my good sir.

Well, the Muslim creation myth isn't actually that different from Judeo-Christian one, so they probably wouldn't take too much issue with it. In fact in some ways it is an branch off of Judeo-Christian theology and cosmology.

These we actually my first Zelda games. I got Seasons while my brother got Ages. Like seasons better, but maybe I chose a different partner. They were great game though. Will probably pick them up again.

All of these things are old news, and they are just things the pro-Dolphin lobby never try to bring up. They just focus on the "dolphins will try to save you from sharks", choosing to chop the sentence off one clause too soon, because the rest goes "—so that they can rape you later."

For a lot of the alien movies we run into the same problem we do with Avatar, which is that the movie ends too early, and there is no reason to suspect that if the invaders (be it human or alien) won't send reinforcements later, correcting the obvious oversight from the initial invasion. We can look at our own history

Then you could have two Normal types, or possibly a Dragon type as the alternative with scales.

You might be on to something here. Another thing to point out is that when new Eevee's are introduced they come in pairs and one is based on a type that is super effectiveness against the other. Espeon was weak to Umbreon, and Leafeon was weak to Glaceon. If Sylveon is Normal it stands to reasonably guess the other

That's a good question, and I don't have a very good answer, but I guess I would argue that the point of sportsmanship isn't to see which chemical substances are more effective than others, but rather to put to the test the level of effort and training the person put into training for the sport.

I think men as they get older get watches. There is just something respectable about watches. I have a couple. I don't actual use them to tell time, but if I'm in a suit for work or going out to someplace other than the movies or Happy Hour I will always wear a watch.

I think this is the point that so many people miss. When athletes compete in officiated sporting events they agree to adhere to certain rules, and breaking those rules is the problem not the substance.

I like the fact that it is focusing a young Motoko. Her background has always been a mystery and it would be nice to shed some light on it. It also explains why she looks so different beyond just a change in style, since she does swap bodies.

It has Skyla's color scheme so I can see the Flying inspiration, but I also think it could be the normal evolution of Eevee. It has the classic Normal color scheme, save for the blue. And since Eevee introductions after Gen I tend to come in pairs I'm guessing there is a Fighting type that we will see.

If you are suggesting a new type you also need to provide the new chart that shows how it will balance out with other types. When Dark and Steel were introduced they changed a lot of the battle by weakening Psychic and Ghost, powering up Bug and Fighting, or the same for Ice, Rock, and Fire and Ground respectively. So

The games and what we know of canon makes it pretty clear that this isn't a form of slavery. For starters the Pokemon are way more powerful than people, and several dex entries point out how Pokemon terrorize people all the time; and unless the trainer has proven themselves to their Pokemon, they will not obey what

I'm sure Square will try to put a stop to this, but for Christ's sake I just want to play this game. If I knew Japanese I would gladly just import the damn thing, but I took French in High School and College, and I don't have the time. From what I've read Square already started working on the English version, and if

The colors might not be realistic, because they seems like dead giveaways to predators, but the stag fusion looks plausible. Not actually crossing the two, but I think you could envision the selection pressures that might lead to something fairly close. And the butterfly leopard too. Not actual butterfly wings, but s

Just for clarification, they held the same contest in America for the most popular Pokemon and gave away an Arceus here too.

GameFreak should find out whoever did this and hire them, because the designs are pretty nice. I'd reckon a guess and say that the bird is either Dark/Flying (though we have enough of that already) or maybe even Dark/Fire, with a levitate-like ability. It could just be Fire/Flying.
