Fredric March isn’t in this clip (or movie), right? So I feel like you should be at least a little disappointed.

Blackface isn’t cool, Rex.

BAD LIST IS BAD.

It’s cute, sure, but babies don’t belong on TV shows. No.

Yeah, sounds very possible. I’m a nice enough candidate, but I have no illusions that I wasn’t beatable by someone better/cheaper. If so, though, I’d rather just be told that.

No, which I think was my biggest problem with it. Alas.

Yeah, that reasoning is understandable enough for my initial reaction to have been the self-frustration from my original post. It just seemed like something they could have checked with me about before just pulling the offer, but it also could have been avoided by me being more careful, so whatever.

Yeah, and again to be fair, I absolutely should have checked it better. But the timing was super super weird.

The year in which I began a job was listed as 2008 instead of 2009.

I just had a great job offer yanked because I made a typo on my resume, even though the rest of the resume made the correct information very clear. Should I respond with dignified politeness or righteous fury? Or just weep in a corner because I’m a big dumb idiot who didn’t proofread as well as he thought he did?
