Thank you, I’m not alone!
Thank you, I’m not alone!
I was just explaining this to someone yesterday.
Don’t ever go cheap on tires or brakes, ever.
Something I’ve come to notice lately, just like tires, the longest lasting ones aren’t necessarily the best ones. Good brakes also have good bite in the operating ranges they will be used. I had a set of street brakes (not cheapos) on my car that touted long life and clean wheels, but it turned out they offered almost…
What was that? Voting for Hillary?
What are your thoughts on my wife’s decision to have a biological sex reveal on Facebook because we won’t know the baby’s gender until it’s older and has determined that for itself?
By that standard, you could blame dumb women, and their pussy whipped guys for being to chicken shit to tell them that they’re not going to allow that nonsense to happen.
Gender is Revealed
Gonna risk the social justice points and just state that “gender reveals” are the dumbest thing ever.
Don’t forget, no smart phone. So seller would have to grab up his polaroid and wait for it to develop. Then go to Kinko’s to have Jason (who hates his life) help scan it to digital media for 30cents/min. You would then be emailed an oddly-sized image placed not has an attachment, but inline with the text, somehow…
What a shame about the lack of a VIN...I can’t imagine anyone going to their local junkyard and “reviving” a V6 Challenger shell. Nope, not a single soul...
Hell no. My hero is the guy that bought a Corvette to do a 200 miles commute and put 1 million miles on the car in just a couple of years.
Leave it to some jack wagon to bring politics into a thread about drag racing, LOL
If they close the comments section on Jalopnik the site is basically dead. Even dipfucks like Spanfeller know that much. I know they killed Deadspin’s comments, which makes me believe Deadspin is indeed Dead. I bet their reader numbers are 90% down from 5 days ago.
Totally terrifying CP for me as well. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy someone else’s unfinished project. That is a scarier proposition than headbutting Hellraiser! Absolutely not, banish it to hell where it belongs.
Why would anyone give up their personal information to a scammer over the phone? Why would anyone click on a link offering free stuff or naked pics of a celebrity? Why do people give access to their Facebook account to take a really lame online quiz telling you what Hogwart’s house you belong to?
If they keep doing it, it’s because people still fall for it. No idea why anyone would fall for something like that, but people are fucking stupid.
This is even assuming a linear depreciation which is far from the case. When looking at an actual depreciation curve, you can lose over 20% in a single year yet most people only drive less than 15,000mi. After 2 years, 30,000mi and a 40% loss, thats a pretty good buy. Its also right around when scheduled maintenance…
I think by that point it was more a perception issue, rather than a real thing.
