He's been in mid-life crisis mode for years and it's just getting pathetic at this point.
I feel like I'm better off without that in my life. If you've ever seen his Blank on Blank video (which is insanely beautiful, but just insulting now), it's pretty much just a 5 minute case study in "What the fuck happened?"
Wayne just makes me sad now. I feel like he used to be a really well-adjusted, insightful person with such a fascinating outlook on life, but who needs all that when you have cocaine and groupies to help you cope with your aging?
Spoiler tags are a magical thing
I've always wondered just what Bradley Cooper did to warrant the AV Club always using the picture of him holding a monkey and giving him nice little headlines like "Bradley Cooper Fucking Loves Paradise Lost, Bro."
-My friend and I just got Dinosaur Jr. tickets, so very exciting times. As much as I cherish it, this also made me realize I've never had a physical copy of You're Living All Over Me, so this seems like a good a time as any to get one. (Question: I don't normally do this for shows, but should I dig out my earplugs for…
*tells Secretary of Education she has masculine hips*
*pulls all nighter to eat 64 slices of American cheese*
Everyone I know and who isn't a vegetarian loves chicken and barbecue sauce pizza, but I've never actually had it. Maybe it's a remnant from when I was more picky, but maybe you just can't go wrong with peppers and mushrooms.
American cheese in general is an abomination
I feel like that takes away from the whole purpose of the movie. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the movie, but I feel like there's a huge theme of hate leaving nothing but pain, loss, and years of your life essentially wasted (that you aren't guaranteed to get back).
I found American History X on my recordings, so I figured this would be an interesting time to rewatch it. It was somehow even more unconfortable than I remembered it, but it definitely needed to be to get its points about racism and the ultimate futility of hatred across. Part of me says it's a must watch for Trump…
Part of me feels like giving Milo any outlet or audience at all is too much. You can't really debate with him in the way you can other people since he thrives off of attention and detaching his arguments from reality. Like our Dumbass in Chief, he's the epitome of "all press is good press."
Agreed on Mac's song, and I damn near lost my mind when I realized mid-listen Filthy Friends had Corin Tucker on vocals.
I missed out on that, so I bought the complation Quasi made instead (with the proceeds going towards ACLU, along with PP and 350). Haven't listened to all of it, but the Doug Martsch track is to die for.
Oh great. I mean, I'm still horrified by creeping fascism, the thought of President Bannon getting us into war, the possibility of there being a draft for said war, and dying from climate change, but great.
Richard Spencer's one punch shy of us having the next Cornetto Trilogy on our hands
Even with my limited high school budget, they're still getting $5 a month from me, no questions asked.
Not much, but I tagged along with a friend and her parents to an anti-Trump meeting, and her dad told me about meeting Mike Watt and Uncle Tupelo (Mike was cool but Jeff & co. were dicks, big shocker).
