The cover for Marshall Crenshaw's debut. Awesome record, but I always though the cover was a little unsettling.
Playing the victim card? Nothing says a bigot like a persecution complex.
Or Malkmus writing a speech but reading it off his phone. Then he'd just check his email for the last ten minutes.
Pavement for 2016! It would never happen because the Rock Hall can go fuck itself, but a man can dream.
I meant Cliff's on Master of Puppets. So basically, getting rid of all the bass on the album.

10 years from now, "Blogging" by Wire is just gonna make me laugh. With the way it talks about Google Maps, and… well blogging in general, it's way too set in the present to age well. And Wire are the last people I'd imagine writing something like that.
"Skypager" by A Tribe Called Quest, one hilariously outdated song on a record that otherwise aged ridiculously well.
Walt Disney a visionary? Nothing says dreaming of tomorrow like being anti-labor and hating Jews.
I was really giving my hopes up for Television. That being said, I did call Transmission
Outlaw country!
