NDAs signed in the normal course of his activities as a private individual (or for TrumpCo) will remain enforceable. NDAs signed since he became President won’t be, since White House employees are public servants with an obligation to disclose information in accordance with federal law.

I heard about Marissa. I didn’t know that she successfully appealed. Not that she’s any better off for it. She basically went from the being in the pen to being in debtor’s prison. If I added that up right, she’s paying the state about $1420/month, and for what? This has to qualify as some kind of cruel and unusual…
