I'm pretty sure that's almost exactly what Gaikai is going to be about anyway? Can't take the credit for this one, Mr Schreier.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying they are creeped out - that they are legitimately uncomfortable with advances or comments made. That's fine. Of course that's fine.

To anyone wondering: they didn't show anything new. Clear?

Okay, so Kotaku is in on it. Here's hoping a plucky young Kotaku reporter (I'm thinking Patricia Hernandez?) stumbles upon the secret, and, realising the magnitude of what she has discovered, is caught up in a race against time and bullets to reveal it to an unsuspecting world.

Do everything (add value, intense marketing, make fun of Microsoft some more) to get as many PS4s into as many homes as possible. I get the feeling Microsoft is playing a longer game (if that supposed developer pastebin is to be believed), and with a sizable enough market share they'll eventually become more

I think one of the biggest problems is that a lot of guys who are into games aren't very good looking. What comes off as charming or roguish when said by an attractive dude often comes off as creepy when said by a less than attractive dude.

10/10. Expertly done.

It's a strangely circuitous way of describing it though, right? Easier, more explicit and more concise to say either 'cheap' or 'old'.

So.

Yeah, or on the Vita, which is awesome. I get the feeling the lag will make playing anything fast-paced pretty awkward, but something like a Final Fantasy would work well.

I thought you could only do that stuff through Gaikai? Or am I remembering wrong?

In answer to your question:

You can buy the game for a more reasonable price once it's been released. If they hadn't done early access, you wouldn't be complaining about this. Instead, you can buy the game early if you want to.

I think I've been spoiled by playing a lot of PC games lately, because right now I'm willing to pay £350 for 60fps.

It's more early access to an alpha build than it is alpha testing.

"I mean, if Activision offered people $1000 to play Call of Duty early, they'd get takers."

GLORIOUS PC MASTER RA-

You shouldn't care what Japan thinks. It is a non-sentient landmass and likely has nothing interesting to say.

Edit: Whoops.

I dunno, man. I'm as on-board with the Vita as anyone, but there really aren't many (if any) system sellers on it.
