Eh, this is what I’ve come to expect from games journalists these days. I mean, perish the thought that someone calls out Russia’s war crimes without the old “But-but-but what about what the US has done in the past?”

Countries join NATO because they’re worried about Russian domination/invasion (given that they were victims of Russian imperialism for much of the 20th century) the last decade has basically validated their concerns

I mean the hosting country is actively engaging in genocide right now.  If that doesn’t get you to boycott the Olympics I don’t know what would.

there are a lot of questions about why Richardson’s punishment was so swift and severe, while Valieva is being treated differently

What, Jezebel didn’t get clowned enough yesterday for this stupid ass fucking take? Do we need to break it down for you again?

Here’s another hot tip that most humans can pull off: use both hands. Hold it comfortably with one, and poke it with the other.

That was also before everything started escalating to what is essentially an arms race. Guns have become significantly easier to obtain, more accurate, stronger, and easier to use. There are even 3D printed guns nowadays.

Don’t underestimate the impact that the lack of gun control has on police tactics.

“Attempted murderers” is good too.

And yet, once again, you’ve failed to provide any examples of exactly how nfts will benefit games.

Sony is buying Bungie because Sony sees live service games as a major revenue source that is only going to get bigger in the coming decade, and they need to onboard a bunch of talent that has experience developing and maintaining live service games.

Bungie will help create/develop 10 live service games for Sony before 2026. So they will be Playstation exclusives, but Bungie can still make multiplatform games, however Sony will get the revenue after paying Bungie’s employees. Almost the same deal they had with Activision minus the 10 games bit.

If you think this is being bullish on something you need to take more courses in company doublespeak. This was a CEO hedging his bets about something. The ‘important’ statement is there just to get shareholder idiots / board idiots of his back.

Chest beating when you are already ranked #1 *is* just teabagging.

Legal trouble? No.

What I get is that I can safely continue to ignore Ubisoft’s products. Thank you out-of-touch Ubisoft executives.

Does it not unsettle anyone that the sum of “very interested” and “somewhat interested” is still 28%?  That’s 1 in 4 devs wouldn’t immediately slap this suggestion down is kinda worrisome .

1. If I’m innocent I want all my shit back from the cops.

I mean regardless how you feel about the incident and the case outcome, why would there be any legal question that if your possessions are taken in as evidence, then if you’re declared not guilty you should get your stuff back at some point?

Unpopular opinion: most people don’t need tests.

I know many people who are fully working from home and do not have to leave their homes for any reason who experienced mild symptoms and went out and bought tests. They didn’t need the tests. They could just assume they had it, let anyone they know who they did come into
