I don't recall seeing that before, but I should have guessed.

1. Manchester by the Sea
2. Moonlight
3?. La La Land
4?. Arrival
5?. Hell or High Water

Fuck, That's Delicious is an actual TV show, with Action Bronson.

I rarely if ever use the word "c*nt", but I say "fuck" all the time.

I'd say that men often use it conversation with friends ("You daft c*nt!", pronounced something like "keee-unt"). But probably wouldn't say that to a woman, even if they were joking around. That would be unacceptable, to most people, I think. Again, I think the *intent* is crucial, and there are exceptions to every

The Jeff was magisterial, as Roy Ray Hudson would say.

No, I don't think so. I have never thought twice about saying "jerk" in polite company (around my family when I was a kid, for instance). In school, I wouldn't have gotten into trouble for saying "that jerk hit me" (or whatever), but would have been put in detention for saying "c*nt", even if I wasn't insulting anyone.

Yup, that's right. It was probably the most enjoyable game of the season (along with the 3-0 win over Chelsea). Both teams had made 10 changes, so it's difficult to say how many conclusions can be drawn from the performance, but the front three (Lucas, Walcott, Welbeck) played extremely well collectively and

Did you see Saturday's ludicrously good display?

Good suggestion, but I am probably not familiar enough with Hamilton. (I know, I know!)

The top comment on this clip from Curb Your Enthusiasm? "It would have been fine in the UK".

To state the obvious: it depends on context. I have no problem whatsoever with the "TRUMP IS A C*NT" sign, mainly because a woman is holding it. I also don't have a problem with Geoffrey Chaucer using that particular word.

…or I could use one of these?

I would avoid using that word on a sign, since some people perceive it to be misogynistic, but if anyone deserves to be called that, it's Trump. I could use the second part of that other sign: "Trump lacks all depth and warmth".
