BUT WHAT ABOUT BEYONCE'S LINKEDIN PROFILE? DID SHE ENDORSE SOLANGE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND THEN DELETE IT? I NEED MORE BEY UPDATES.
I'm sure they've already made up and are just fucking with you media snoops.
Come on now. We can't even order food at a restaurant or open doors. How do you expect our ladybrains to come to a rational decision about whether or not we should have an abortion?
This is just what I was thinking. I went in within days and straight to work after (three double shifts in a row at a restaurant, no less). I knew just what I needed to do and didn't ever question or regret my decision.
Well as long as you personally are OK with it, then I guess it's peachy.
On behalf of half of the human race,I would like to thank you for standing up for yourself and doing what you knew needed to be done. Only you know what is right for you,and you did it. I don't know how to make this sound non snarky, but I really, truly do respect you for making that decision, because the more women…
Why is it the government's job to protect me from making my own fucking medical decisions?
It's worth noting there is NO waiting period to purchase a gun in Missouri.
I thought I was super-psyched for my abortion, until I realized at the last minute that it was actually Free Ice Cream Day at Ben & Jerry's I was excited about. I KNEW it was suspicious there wasn't a line around the block!
But wait! Did you know that when you have an abortion you terminate a pregnancy? And did you know pregnancy means you have a developing embryo/fetus in your tummy? And did you know that embryo/fetus, if born, will be a living child the care and feeding of whom you will be responsible for at least 18 years? Perhaps…
Here's the insidious and evil thing though- you have the luxury of having the disposable income to move. And while it might not deter a woman from wanting an abortion, it will damn sure prevent a LOT of woman from being able to obtain one.
You know what? I didn't agonize at all. I found out I was pregnant on a Friday and I went in on Monday (the soonest I could) to terminate. I knew right away that I would do it. And 5 years later I still have zero regrets.
I think this is a tremendous idea. I can't tell you how many times I've wandered into an abortion clinic thinking it was an Arby's. Once, it wasn't until my feet were in the stirrups that I realized "Heeeeeeeeeeey! Wait a minute! I ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, but I think they're about to perform an…
An organ transplant is a large decision to, but they don't make you wait three days for that. Stop.
"Thinking about it" for threed days isn't going to be much of a deterence; however, the extra costs will likely stop some women who just can't afford it.
But because of legislation like this, you have to drive 4 hours to get to the clinic. Now they want you to wait three days and then make the trek again?
"You mean there's a BABY in there?? Ohhhhh.. Oopsie daisie! Thank you mister Doctor!"
Sure, it would be fine. IF the women who had to drive across the state had the option of receiving the "counseling" by phone from her home, so that she did not have to miss three days of work for this law.
I normally think that sort of thing is reprehensible, but there's a time and a place, and this is it. I KNOW at least a few of these douchenozzles have slipped some cash to their secret mistresses to get an abortion before everyone finds out how sleazy they are.
