For me it's more like "why mention this so publicly? If you want to talk about it and address it then that is wonderful! But if you dont want to push it further, why put it on the internet?

Yea but not everyone who is insufferable is automatically a rapist.
Kelly I think you did try to be very fair in your article. But I also got the feeling that you think his response is BS and that you really believe her. You cite mostly articles tearing down his response and say her tumblr post is "the whole story". It is most certainly NOT the whole story, it is just the beginning of…
I think the word has definitely been abused by people trying to defend bad behavior. Sometimes people say "i misread the situation" because their line of thinking is "all women want me and she didn't say no..."
THIS! Perception is very important. From all the information we have right now it seems plausible that this was an unfortunately misread situation.
Honestly something about this isn't sitting right with me. I know false accusations are pretty rare but it seems like we should not be quick to jump on the outrage express. We really don't have any information other than "he sexually assaulted me". Unfortunately the accusation is baseless without any more information.
wow. I just threw up in my mouth a bit.
I have to avoid comment sections on rape stories for the most part. Every time I see the "well she shouldnt have had so much to drink" or "well then technically she raped him too because by your definition all drunk sex is rape" makes me bang my head on my desk and my doctor thinks it's what is causing my concussions.
I dont know if I would call him petty or sanctimonious over this. It was a pretty f*cked up story and it is about his future wife and her family. If I was in his shoes I would have been absolutely pissed too. At the end of the day he is just a regular dude with regular dude feelings.
I would watch this
It looks like twitter is trying to hijack #jadapose and make it about how amazing Jada is. So good job good people of the net!!
You know whats funny, even most intelligent people I know who dont particularly care for the ACA LOVE the free birth control part of it. Awkward story but my gyno actually told me that is the only part about it she likes because she has too many patients who cant afford their birth control sometimes and she would much…
Damn that is sexual assault right there! I am so sorry about that.
(Note to my partner: If I ever get dementia, and you show up to read me the same story every fucking day, feel free to leave out the part where you bang the war widow. It's not necessary. Quit braggin', man.)
Yes at 1:27 mark it says "with Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx, Chris Pine and Christoph Waltz" :)
For some reason I can see this being true
Christoph Waltz joining the cast? YES PLEASE
I think that is why I like him....
Someone pointed that out to him in one of the comments too! If all of these people missed the point some how then the fault is not on your readers.
His defending himself in the atlantic article comment section is quite funny...
