I agree with you, if that was the case then common decency says stick around make sure she is ok. But just because they didnt do that does not automatically = rape.

It is entirely plausible that she passed out, they could not wake her and took her to the hospital. They may have just handled it poorly by not staying there with her and letting her know what happened.
