This is a good point. My Cherokee had 190hp new and, by the seat of my pants, has about 120hp at high elevation. Sucks going down the highway, but it’s still more than enough power to explode my drivetrain if I went WOT in the rocks in low range.

Other vehicles sell fairly well, like the Lexus GX, but are too expensive and low volume to justify the price of a crash test.

Yeah sure, they were making money and very profitable, but it doesnt change the fact that a huge majority of their cars were utter shit or cheap econoboxes. 

Plugged tires are fine. I have plugged many tires on cars and motorcycles, and they all lasted until they wore out. There is no reason why a properly plugged tire would need to be further repaired or replaced.

Teach me how the hell you are getting mileage in the high teens with an enclosed trailer. My 6.2 (GM not Ford) gets 6mpg with my 22' enclosed trailer behind it with a car in it and 7mpg with no car in the trailer.

As someone without a background in marketing or ads or any of that crap, I can tell you these piss me off to no end and make me run an ad blocker. I also avoid sites that stop working when ad blocker is on.

Just a side note: The auto playing video ads are really annoying. As someone who works in advertising and has had experience with rich media ads I can tell you they don’t work and its a great way to turn off users.

That’s a Ton or miles for the year. The saving grace is that owners who do 50k per year generally do impeccable maintenance. Assuming this car passes a solid pre-buy and has maintenance records and good compression I think it’s a bargain.

Legitimately curious. Why would you get this instead of a Golf-R?
