I don’t care for MCU movies per se, but it also drives me nuts that the “other side” of this discussion is a 77 year old man making his fourth or fifth movie about organized crime with the same cast. The conflict is between one type of 70s pop culture and another.

I think we need to fire a good portion of the police in this country and lock them up in cages until we can find out what’s going on.

Correlation is not causation. You have to show that the people who become cops were not already predisposed to those problems.

Sounds more like cops are the risk to their families.

And yet cop is still not even in the top ten most dangerous line of work. It is almost like situations like this are the exception and not the rule. Cops are not at risk.

Legends of Tomorrow took all the misfits and secondary characters of Arrow and Flash and made them into basically DC’s Time Police. However, the group is very, very bad at their jobs and usually make things worse before they make things better. Such as:

No, you don’t. Not when he’s had eight years to do something -- anything, especially as he brags about his “record” as an executive even when his constituents have plenty of evidence that all he’s done is throw them repeatedly under the bus — and he literally did nothing.
