The transition between him screaming and that nightmare hell shot of The Jumping Man (red suit white mask guy) gives me chills every time. Flipping channels = intercepting a transmission from another world is a great metaphor.

I don't care how good Designated Survivor might be; if it prevented us from seeing more Sam Stanley I wish it never was. Along the same lines, as tragic as Bowie's death was, the fact that he died before filming more Twin Peaks makes it even sadder for me.
Yeah, as much as I love Laura's story, the Dear Meadow and Above the Convenience Store scenes are Lynch going Super Saiyan. Haven't watched The Missing Pieces yet because I know they're going to fuck me up
I haven't suffered from any abuse (that I can remember), but I still *strongly* identified with Laura—and, kind of, Leland—to the point that it was my favorite movie for at least a year after I saw it.
Season 1 already felt pretty biblical.
Yup. I've started using it a ton ever since I realized it describes our lives so well.
A list that has BvS and TND next to each other? You're speaking my Changuage.
What? The book came out months ago.
I've watched the highlights from that more times than I can count.
It can be two women

The only song from a Mario RPG that I remember is the final boss theme from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story on the DS, so I can't help you there. But I'll say that The Thousand-Year Door and especially Super Paper Mario are stunningly adventurous and original when it comes to plot, and to say anything more would…
Koizumi stans represent. I'm also fairly confident he's the sole reason that Mario Sunshine is as weird and wonderful as it is. Stuff like Shadow Mario and Il Piantissimo had never been seen in a Mario game before or since.
I stopped watching long before that, but I tried to pick it up again this season and… it's not a very good show. Sometimes enjoyable but often times lazily reliant and over reliant on its excellent cast to make exposition entertaining. A shame as it had and maybe still has quite a bit of potential.
The cost to make that reference is watching every episode of FlashForward, just so you know.
Yeah, Jonathan Banks is starting to feel wasted at this point. I would have rather seen him in Community season 6 (although perhaps not at the expense of Keith David).
Always weird to me when people share a "deal" they got on something that involved random gift cards they had lying around. This isn't quite an example of it, but the only response is, "Cool?"
Death Stranding
But who told them angels were real? You guessed it: the media.
True. Incorrect to paint him as anti-education, though.
