You can’t trick me into watching the Olympics that easily.
I’m really surprised SJWs aren’t up in arms about the white washing of this character.
It’s definitely a dilemma I have been facing. Loved Beyond, lukewarm on ‘09, loathed Into Darkness. I might be for the best that they stop here, end on a good note. At the same time I wouldn’t mind another monster of the week type story that Beyond was. No grand gestures, no re-inventing the wheel. Just a series of…
Success in China is one of the major reasons Pacific Rim 2 is being mad
You are an imbecile!
Found a shop in New Orleans that does Christmas stuff year round... they had the Statue of Nope ornament in the Dr Who section. I so wanted to buy it. Reasonably priced, too, at under $10.00 IIRC. It’s on Decatur, down by the French Market.

Oh look, Sleepy Hollow hired another white dude. That show can diaf.

I don’t completely disagree, but I think it’s a bigger point that Simon Pegg and Doug Jung wrote a much better script than Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman.
I think what we learned is that the guy who has directed Fast and the Furious series has done a much better job then Abrams ever did.
Saw the movie last night and just have to say- the Starbase Yorktown visuals were absolutely incredible. Really, that was the first time years, if not decades, that Trek took my breath away so thoroughly. I felt like a kid again, watching TNG for the first time.
There were many similar sized plot holes. It was still better than Into Darkness.
