Squirrel Girl goes on Netflix, where she has a mandatory crossover episode in each of the Defenders’ seasons, trying to cheer them up. Then she and Kimmy Schmidt have a buddy episode romping around New York and having fun (Kimmy is very accepting of Squirrel Girl and they bond immediately).

I thought the guy next to Blue Beetle was the Riddler.

I had to stop reading the comics after the scene with Glenn. I just had the thought, “A fictional comic book shouldn’t make me feel this bad.” I guess it just goes to show how well the comic got me invested in it’s characters.

It was quite a hiatus but Beast Wars surpassed the original Transformers cartoon. For such early CG animation its still amazing to look at. Especially in seasons 2 and 3 it occasionally wrestled with more dramatic and serialized stories and emotional themes. Also who wouldn’t want to watch Ratrap bicker with Dinobot?
