I'd still go with Steven Universe. My preference is nothing against Adventure Time and more a testament to how quickly Steven Universe has found its unique style and voice to become a great show.

Not even Finn as the ostensible protagonist of whole show is immune from the moral grayness of Ooo, especially in the later seasons. He's still fundamentally a good person, but is far from perfect.
