@Veit: Software piracy is not theft though, it's copyright infringement. Theft is defined by the removal of an item that is not replaceable without additional cost, thus causing direct computable losses.

@Veit: What i`m saying is that in this case, what matters is the intention, not so much the act - i repeat, in this case -. Doing something with criminal intent is very different then doing something because of being really stupid and overly excited about a game.

@DREAMCAST: I dig what you are saying man, but the problem is, there are many many alternatives that have good gameplay AND amazing graphics. I respect every game for the work that was put in it, but some games just seem to have no point really.

@Veit: A pre-release build is a version of the game in binary format (exe + libraries + resources) Those are usually internal releases for QA, marketing materials, previewing and less often fan service at conventions.
