It might be. Another Opera user who only rarely has a problem with Disqus here.

Don't even think about it. You'd be breaking the hearts of all the boys with severe daddy issues.

It did make sense in the context of this episode. Arya's dead-eyed stare is basically how Kristen Stewart portrays every emotion.

"She makes like Paula Abdul and leaves him like a cold-hearted snake to die in the Scottish wilderness, gurl"

Excellent review. And only three weeks until That's My Dog!

Not really shuffle, but the last five tracks
Last Step - Triple Self Portrait
Capital Cities - Safe & Sound
Venetian Snares - Hajnal
Lana del Rey - Shades of Cool
Leonard Cohen - Bird on the Wire

I refuse to believe the actual Brazilian national anthem isn't a song by Sepultura. (Because ignorance is fun)

Nailbomb needs more love.

Well, I don't think it was meant as "coming out to parents", more like "being honest about the way you like to lead relationships to show others that the traditional relationship is not the only option".

I've seen quite a few of her live performances on youtube that I liked. The whole SNL thing was a fiasco, she's usually much better.

This album is growing on me. I still don't like it nearly as much as Born to Die and Paradise, but most of the tracks work better on a second listen and Shades of Cool is pretty brilliant.

I can and will deny the first one is overproduced. It is the exact amount of produced for my tastes.

"The ultimate downfall of Ultraviolence, though, is that it fails to craft itself an identity I would like."

But he sort of is? He's even in a band with all those friends he has!

Well, he is a garbage person. He can be both that and a nuanced, compelling, well-played character.

Transformation, yes, but not necessarily death. And if we only know the myth from Theogonia, it's a stretch to speculate about the original nature of it anyway…

As far as I know Cronos didn't kill Uranus, who's literally the sky (unless he's being castrated) and therefore still around.

Would Caliban join MRA if he had the chance? y/y

Not sure about the ridiculously beautiful part. I look at him and I see "you are meant to see this character as attractive", but I don't. Maybe it's the dumb hair he has on the show, maybe just my resistance to the whole anemic twink thing he's got going on.

I had no problems with the episode where we got Caliban's origin story, except for the scene where the people on the street kicked the shit out of him because …. he's ugly? I mean, that was a stretch even for Victorian England.
