Correct. He's basically Trump except his clothes fit.

Bold of you to think establishment Dems would ever actually listen to reason and not shoot themselves in the crotch.

Cuomo’s tactic is to never take responsibility or ownership of anything so he can never be held accountable.

They are all lawyers who have made it to the Supreme Court. All went to law school at Harvard or Yale, except for Barrett (Notre Dame). All have been Federal Court judges, except for Kagan, who had clerked for federal judges, had worked in the Clinton White House, been professor and dean at Harvard Law, and then U. S.

Stories like that and how RBG and Scalia were best buds make me think justices are pretty fucking detached from reality.

I met Justice Breyer once and asked him how he manages to have a civil relationship with Clarence Thomas. And he said “you need to understand where Justice Thomas came from” and I said, “you need to understand what he’s actually doing to people.” And then the conversation ended. Breyer is a good Justice in the sense

Wow, that is a spectacularly low fucking bar. Especially in regards to someone who presided over the most hostile Senate in decades yet still seems to think “unity” and reaching across the aisle is possible when half that senate clearly has no regard for reality

How have we not gotten rid of this asshole?? We got rid of Spitzer in like two seconds when that sex worker scandal happened.

He’s 100% serious

What’s the Blue MAGA explanation to make this seem like a good idea?

There has been a lot of Dem Senators who are awfully quiet about the filibuster but because they keep their heads down, don’t take any heat. My guess is that there’s a lot more Dems out there, especially the ones who’ve been there forever, who agree with Manchin but don’t want people to know.

So I guess we know where you would have stood during South African apartheid, then. Gotta beat Regan and George HW first!

Not sure giving Israel the green light to continue slaughtering Palestinians by the dozens is what I’d call “tact.”

Nonsense?

It’s obvious from his comments so far the past week and change that Biden, like so many Americans across the political spectrum, just does not think that Palestinian lives have equal value to Israeli lives. Whatever.

A few days ago, I pointed out how Psaki was just another cog in the wheel and only appeared talented because her predecessors were so bad. She wasn't that great at her job.

I feel like Biden has flown very under the radar since his inauguration, and so the “at least he’s not Trump!” feeling lasted longer than I expected for someone who is fundamentally a centrist in office to appease people who think subsidizing childcare is radical. He is currently loudly affirming that he is indeed a

Republican attacks? I mean yeah they’ll likely happen, but his own party has a history of attacking other members for anything less than blind support to Israel. And yeah, I doubt Israel will be such a staunch US allie once they feel they don't need our support.

Meanwhile, for all the tough posturing of Biden towards Netanyahu, it took him almost no time to just roll over and make clear that, yes, America under Biden will still support Israel’s “right” to kill Palestinians with impunity. Don’t worry Bibi, America doesn’t view Palestinian lives as having any value either.

The comparison was made not to suggest they are similar people with similar impact, but to note how their statements are regarded as tone deaf in a way that they just haven’t been before. Hard to imagine a politician walking back a statement like the one Yang made a few years ago.
