It had... standard Ford build quality issues (there were no seals installed in the roof from the factory so the sunroof leaked when it rained, fixed under warranty) but other than that I’d recommend it! It’s a fun little car for sure.

I previously had a BRZ, so it’s an adjustment, but it’s a lot of fun to drive, gets decent mileage, and hauls my stuff way better than the BRZ did!

I did. Recaros, Sunroof, Black Wheels, everything. Five miles on it. $19.3 out the door IIRC.

I bought my ‘17 Fiesta ST at the end of last year on DEEP discount already. Wonder how much cheaper they’ll get.

Yup, my family’s had quite a few Subarus. 84 GL, 93 Legacy, 97 Outback, 03 WRX, 09 Outback, 14 BRZ, 17 Forester. No issues with the headgaskets on any of them. If I remember correctly the GR STi had issues with the motors largely because Subaru’s solution to new fuel economy regulations was to lean out the tune at

My Fiesta ST came with no gaskets/seals in the roof. The idea that Ford could have mixed up some headgaskets somewhere seems pretty logical to me.

$3700 for a thirty year old Nissan? What am I missing?

I’m inexplicably getting a $15 off coupon. I need a new mattress and between free shipping and Amazon’s return policy, I think I can take the risk for $164.

my issue with the Leia thing wasn’t in concept - “Leia can use the force” is certainly not unprecedented, nor is “people can use the force to survive incredible odds” - but in execution. It was insanely corny.

Hell yeah, let’s just destroy some stuff in a really unfunny way for no reason!!

Minus my above mentioned lemon law claim, this was my big issue with the Veloster I owned. The rear axle was insanely stiff (I don’t know if I’m phrasing this correctly) so that if you went over a bump while turning, even at sensible city speeds, the back of the car would suddenly kick out into a near-spin. There was

Endorsed as someone who had my Veloster bought back under lemon law. What a piece of shit. Hyundai was nightmarishly bad to deal with for the entire process.

$29,000 is still far more than the $23,500 I paid out the door for a Limited with heated seats/mirrors, mudflaps, all-weather floor mats/trunk liner, and rear bumper protector thingie. At $23,500 the BRZ is a no-brainer. Up into the $30,000 range it’s much harder to justify as an affordable sports car, IMO. Subarus

that very well may be as far as MSRP goes, I’m just telling you the price differences I’m seeing locally between 2013 and now.

I bought my first BRZ Limited for $23,500. Brand new, all options, four miles on it. When my last one got totaled, I wanted another one. The cheapest 2017 I could find listed locally with similar options was $32,500 before fees. I have no idea who told Subaru it was a good idea to try to move upmarket and start
