They already do. Despite ignorant natterings, we do not give money to Israel as military aid. We sell them equipment and get dibs on stuff they develop for defense. In many cases it winds up harming their own homegrown defense industry (see IMI and the Israeli adoption of US battle rifles)

Palestinians were the people who put their future in the hands of Arab armies wiping Israel out and never were able to recover from their poor choices. If Israel were to take serious efforts to annihilate the Palestinians, we would be talking about them in past tense by now. You are engaging in wild hyperbole.
