The game is 1.5ys out now, which bugs? Port-related ones maybe?! Well, PS4 and XBone are basically cheap PCs hardwarewise, so a big bunch of recompiling the code for x86/D3D11 has already been done half a year ago. How long does it take for other developers to make a decent PC port ... ~2-3 months?

Well, at least they got my money already on Steam ... too bad I can't push the paycheck back for them. :/

So, the #1 reason - exclusivewise - to get a XBox One is broken for a whole 100 days now. Is MS even trying to catch up to Sony?! To be fair: They got nothing appealing to me as well yet (not to talk about the horrible 1886) either, so its a stalement of patheticness on the exclusive front so far.

If ~6 months of development result in a progress of 55% -> 60% done, I expect to play this game on the PS5s launch.

I'd say the reason is way more dull.

DLC CAN be a good think to expand a game you like playing and you want more out of it, unfortunately most DLC is just being created to scam you, making a quick buck, that's why DLC is becoming more and more seen as one of the plagues of this industry in the gamers eyes, because its abuse becomes overwhelming.

Unsure if that's supposed to be sarcasm or just a plain out demonstration of facist thinking.
