I’m really glad my comment made you feel a bit better! Like I said, I do notice the “headless fat person trend” (which is not always literally a headless fat person; I’m talking more about the dehumanization/depersonalization that’s so common), but at least with this one picture, one can know that the model chose this.

In general I agree with you, but the person in that picture is a model and Getty Images compensated her for her labour, which presumably was consensual.

But it’s still kind of the point of the show. Do you watch True Blood and not mention the vampires? Or Game of Thrones and not mention politics?
