I’ve been told to go fuck myself multiple times in the last week for enforcing mask use in my cancer clinic... As someone who is immune compromised and likely to die from COVID, these people are putting my life on the line with their lies.

Poetic justice. It would only be ironic (and tragically so) if Cain was a strong supporter and practitioner of reasonable measures for preventing the disease but got sick and died anyway, because the expectation would be the opposite of the outcome. In this case, the outcome was pretty much exactly what you’d expect.
