People are upset because he contributed to a harmful social dialogue.

It's called socialization, predominantly from media. All you have to do is be a media consumer and you can learn all of these things for yourself. It doesn't necessarily require a physical person in your life.

I don't think it's as 'few' as you think. Girls are menstruating earlier and earlier.

LMAO!

I am just going to take the position that, if drunk people are asking for victimization, I am going to start stealing men's wallets, and maybe even lop off a few dicks.

Oh fuck off...

Non-white guys (and every one else who is not a white guy) don't matter. The point is that things aren't taken seriously until white men are impacted by it. Then suddenly, it's a fucking epidemic and we need to crack down on it.

This is something that became very illuminated for me in the last year or so. I suddenly had this realization that we are actually training boys to be violent/abusive with girls, and we're telling girls that it's acceptable.

LMAO!!

I have learned that just giving step by step instructions is the best way to deal with it. Not only is he 'blind' to it, but he also has much lower standards and I always feel the need to re-do it. So, I tell him specifically what he has to do, and then has to check with me to see if he's done.

I like you.

No, it really doesn't make me feel better.

The problem is that working in a 'man's environment' is neither fun nor inviting for women. There are tons of studies showing that women who work in male-dominated fields often feel the need to de-feminize themselves in order to fit in. Not to mention, many of them feel like they are ignored/dismissed/undervalued in

Ugh.

I disagree... if there was a guarantee of privacy, and it was intended for their employee safety, any decent person would agree to it.

Which is why I addressed that. If sex-workers could have a security guard, and the people who want at-home calls had to do background checks/register themselves and their addresses, this shit would be curbed, if not eliminated.

If the woman wasn't required to go to an individual's home, but rather require clients to go to a brothel or something, this could have been prevented.

LMAO!! I am so glad someone else caught this.

This is a good read:
