Yea, because a person who can't afford a gun or a turkey, is able to buy a gun, a permit and the required transportation to go to designated areas and transport their large kill. Sounds reasonable.

Assuming that these guys are too poor to actually afford to buy the meal themselves, I can't say I am too upset. I mean... hunting animals down to eat is natural for us, and our society has been designed such that, if you can't fit into the system, you can't even go back to basic survival mode. That's a problem IMO.
I find it highly concerning that you'd condone mutilating your natural body instead of... oh, I don't know... getting custom made shoes, petitioning companies to make shoes that are wider, or something that doesn't require YOUR TOE TO BE FUCKING CUT OFF!!
It's called Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and yes, we should be telling people not to do this. Why? Well 1. because we don't need the idea that our body's are so fucking hideous that we need to spend thousands of dollars to correct them, and 2. because we shouldn't be encouraging a mental illness like this. It's like…
Fuck the potatoes... just give me the marshmallows and I'm happy.
Obviously you don't know much about gender psychology or sociology... or have ever spent much time playing with children. The first question is almost ALWAYS "are you a girl/boy"? Since we know that that's going to be the primary question asked, it needs to be taken into consideration to how the game is designed.
I personally think men pretty much have free reign on what hair length they want, but I suppose there is a lot of pressure to go short. With that said, I don't think there is as much punishment for going long.
If you're Megan:
DAMNIT!! I was gonna be a millionaire! >:(
THIS THIS THIS!!
Maybe I should patent this idea.
Why is being a girl a characteristic, and a boy, not? You're basically agreeing that default humanity = male, and if you aren't male, then you're special interest. That alone is offensive.
I would love there to be a VOLUNTARY machine that I could step into, it could detect my skin tone and undertones, my hair colour/eye colour and measurements, and then be able to spit out the exact clothes that would look good on me. The shapes, the colours, the sizes... all easily listed out. I can hand that over to…
What are they going to "investigate"? Don't they already know the entire damn story!? There is nothing more than needs to be done, other than changing these stupid fucking laws. End of story.
I would love to conduct a social experiment using this. A year or two from now when this story is out of the consciousness of those who read it, post an identical story with the roles reversed. I reckon the response to it would be very different.
I read "Virginia" as "Vagina". It made your comment REALLY weird.
I don't know why, but this totally made me lol.
UUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!
It doesn't eliminate the fact that, in game-play, being a girl = automatic lose. You get to eliminate 19 of the characters right off the bat and then simply need to distinguish between the small selection of female characters left over. It takes a mere 4 questions to do that, and you've won because the other player…
Maybe a woman with a graduation cap, gown and degree in her hand? Maybe a woman in some sort of uniform to depict going to work? The photo is telling women that the next step after adolescence is babies... and this is not fair to women because we're a lot more than chattel for child-bearing. We need to be seeing…
