Do the rules specify that they are applicable to women, but not men? For example, the clothing rules - does it say "women should wear blah blah blah" and not clarify that men are not allowed to wear similar things?

Plenty of studies have confirmed that people who live next to freeways, factories and even power stations and power lines are more likely to experience health problems. Sadly, this usually translates to people of low socio-economic status.
