I apparently just blinked myself into madness and for one sweet delirious moment began scrolling down to the comments of an article with “Obama” in the title, genuinely intending to shape an opinion through civil discourse.

I was fine with this video until the absurdity of that surreal scene with the baby running through a cemetery flung me into a spiral of pseudo-nihilism.

I bet this was hard.

I can’t tell if you got the joke or not, but it doesn’t matter; that picture is wonderful.

I believe it was when the oppressive powers that be lifted their strangle hold on spell check; I believe it’s the foundation of Ted Cruz’ campaign platform.

Is anyone else wondering why this wasn’t marketed as a feature of Touch ID? I can audibly HEAR the tin foil of the internet crinkling its way into a hat shape...

I feel for the folks who didn’t know better and bricked their device themselves, but the folks who bricked customer’s devices because they don’t know what they’re doing should be outed for it, especially with tech valuing physical and digital security more and more; but hey we’ll always have shady businessmen.

I say Twiddler, but hey it’s a free counrty.

I hope all the work from tech companies to put the axe to “easy targets” like this will help us find ways to deal with less stark extremism, tempering oppressive censorship into something more ethically pragmatic.

Definitely agree that this is happening but I’m still undecided on if I can push the responsibility of filtering things for children on creators/marketers. What do you think?

I’d say you have a point, but to me it seems the people who would be exposed to Deadpool to the point of excess are the people who will ultimately see the movie anyway or wouldn’t see the movie in the first place; acceptable losses in a rush to strike trending-gold with a particular group of people.

Before I explain why, let me preface all of this as NOT talking about whether the show is good or not. I don’t mind the show, but I have only ever watched it because I hadn’t found something better to do. What I do mind is all of the misguided over-spun hate for this show.

1. It is objectively a commercial success,

I hope this sort of thing pushes for more functional and practical card replacers. Coin came closer than any other I’ve heard of but that’s not saying much.
