I love the idea of manual transmission equipped EV’s!  only way it will happen is through conversions... no market other then us jalops!

something something Veloster something... Or a Mazda 3, both have great manuals and are very affordable.  I drive my Veloster in Manhattan and on long drives, very comfortable.  Both are easy to upgrade to Carplay/Android auto, for me at least this is a must for long distance travel!

this was my exact post 1 year ago, but it wasn’t selected for WCSYB. Anyways I ended up with a ‘13 Veloster, so this might fit here well (newer for the extra money). Easy to park, reasonably fast, reliable, and comfortable, that 3rd door in the back helps with the doggo!

car rentals are not cheap right now, $500/week in florida due to lack of inventory.

it def is the wrong time to buy, however some people do need cars now, sucks that they have to pay more for it. Growing up we had a ‘79 300td sedan, same color interior/exterior. Jam the gas pedal and you would start moving, then 10 seconds later the turbo kicks in and bang, you’re moving (albeit still slow) lol, good memories.
