My mom (still) has this exact wagon (a 93 to be exact). Its their beater now, still runs! Or course it was the underpowered 4cyl, which was only replaced because my sister ran it out of coolant lol

I believe the FO was PIC.. he had only 200 flight hours.. I might be mistaken.  But I don’t disagree completely.. they should have replaced the 737 with a clean sheet airframe!

The Ethiopian authorities are stalling on reading the recorders until they’ve cleared the accident site.  NOT GOOD! Loosing valuable time needed to determine if this is the same MCAS issue as lion air.

Great write up David!! I had a HO quad4 in my ‘93 Grand am gt,. I miss that car.. fun to drive... However replacing the head gasket at 75k miles and other misc bits made me trade it on a new Pathfinder! (Stick of course).

I have to admit I was on the fence on this one. If parking weren’t an issue here in NYC this is exactly what I want. However the price seems high to me. Mid 2k gti are around this. However this is a classic. So in the end NP.  

If the Boeing case against bombardier is any indicator the itc will probably rule in Mahindras favor.  But we’ll see.

Having learned how to drive a stick on a 63 series 1 I’m unsure how I feel about this.. man that sound as the motor unwound was beautiful!!
