I don't know, I've always found SMG cold and the weakest part of BtVS where the supporting characters were more interesting.

I thought the same thing! Why only 4 seasons?

I think this article reveals more about you, Anna, than it does John Mayer. Whatever a douche he might be in real life, you are obviously projecting your life experiences on to him.

I think you'd have moral ground to stand on if your headline didn't lead with "Blonde, Self-Tanning...". Obviously, it's the focus on her appearance that caught your eye as well. I don't see what distinguishes your piece from others that talk more about her looks than her intelligence.

It sounds like she is lonely and has latched on to you, unfortunately. If she's a customer, I'd avoid allowing that boundary to be crossed (like taking you out for lunch). Maybe you could say it's against company policy.

    Oh, now I want a dog! ; )

"If you consistently go to bed at 9 o'clock, try staying up till 10:00 or turning in at 8:00."

I like the way you arranged these by color. I haven't seen that done online much and it makes for a nice comparison and to see popular shades. But it would be great if you could identify who the people are...I watch a lot of TV & movies but I recognized less that 50% of these actors. A caption would help.

I was firmly in the "Te'o is part of the hoax" camp. But after reading the transcript of his interview, I now think he was duped. He DID follow up and checked up on this Lennay character with his relatives in LA, set up to meet her in Hawaii, tried Skyping, etc.

This story is just too detailed and elaborate (and it's so rehearsed), with obvious contradictions, to be a hoax someone played on Te'o. I mean it involves a cast of characters (Lennay, her father, her brothers and a sister) that would involve impersonation over a period of over a year. This is more than just a gag.

You need to read it all. It's a hoax, it's complicated. There is a timeline involved.

Te'o's denial makes no sense if his friend was behind the deception and these Twitter accounts. Who is this woman he was talking on the phone to?

Well, I doubt that the school knew anything about this. They were probably fooled as well.

This story sounds like a plot on a TV show. It is quite a deception, of course. But what is more remarkable is the fact that none of the newspapers, blogs or news networks ever did any background research, just as basic fact-checking. These two guys don't seem like evil geniuses, I think this hoax would've been easily

    TMI

I didn't know being Kim Kardashian's friend was a full-time job. Thank God he approves of Kanye.

I have to agree. I sent out a cute cat Tweet right before I heard about the mass shooting and immediately felt like an idiot. Sometimes you need to face the harshness of life.

It was awful today. If it was just for information gathering or an eyewitness report, why not interview an adult who was at the school? This is manipulative, to get an emotional reaction from the viewing audience and exploits these kids who've just experienced a traumatic situation.

It's like Jezebel has no self-awareness or there are different editors reading different blog articles who don't communicate with each other.

I recommend you read the last paragraph of http://jezebel.com/5967121/whos-to-blame-for-british-nurse-jacintha-saldanhas-suicide to see the point I'm trying to make. I'm arguing that Jezebel is trying to have it both ways...in one article condemning "celebrity-obsessed culture" and in others, reveling in it.
