Um ... What? Are you sure you guys talking about the same thing?

That's what I thought.

In Muay Thai they have allowed that for, like, half a century already.

Exactly what I thought. When I was reading the news, I read it like "Blizzard announced that their unannounced MMO was set back to planning state again for undisclosed reasons after has been developed for unknown how long."

The one with the girl getting jump kick to her face really got me. I'm not having fun seeing girl get kick to the face; mind you, just didn't expect to see that coming. lol

"I wonder how Americans are gaming at home. Whenever I'm playing a game, I never feel like I want to watch TV, so the ability to switch between the two makes no sense to me."

Agreed. I've watched all 5 ep. but still cannot make any sense about the story. I don't see the reason why this anime has been hyped in many sites except for its rich of service scenes.

Frankly, I've played FF series since the first one (the real first FF not US version of Legend of Mana, mind you) and FF IX is my fifth favourite FF after VI, IV, VII and X.

Relatively speaking, that might be true. IMO, what he meant was that, plastic was more durable than metal in the same price point. I think he didn't really intend to compare plastic with steel, though.

I didn't try to disprove anything you said. I just feel that Oda arts are not that ugly as many people claimed; especially, comparing with Moe-tard.

Dating sims are games, right?

Well, at least he has some points that I personally agreed. Comparing Oda's arts to Moe-tard style that seem to be very popular lately, I will choose Oda's style any day.

I think the 'Discrimination' you are talking about is somewhat subjective. For me, American cartoons are, frankly, so American, and I'm not talking about DC or Marvel super heroes here. I'm an Asian (not Japanese, Korean nor Chinese, though, mind you) so I feel that Simpson and South Park are more alienate to me than

What a point of having gaming PC that can be fit in one hand? Who cares about how small it is anyway? PC gamers can build more powerful rig which much cheaper than this thing. So, yes, I am with him, this device is a joke.

The dev kits usually have 2x more RAM than the actual consoles. Those extra RAM are used for development purpose. So, if the dev kit has 8GB RAM, it's highly possible that 4GB reported by DF is actually true.

Yes you're right. Graphics card that use last year tech is much powerful than 6 yo consoles. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

Why would people buy a console if it's not for exclusive games? For me, Sony and Nintendo are the two that have strongest exclusive franchises. I always amazes by the love that American have toward Xbox. I don't see any particular reasons to buy that system when almost every games it has can be played on PC.

Are you kidding right? The industry standard is OpenGL not DirectX. OpenGL is now being used in various platforms including PS3, iOS and Android while DirectX is only used in MS devices and OSes. Most of the engines out there are OpenGL capable already. And, no, Open in OpenGL refers to open standard not open source.

Couldn't agree more. I always amazes when ppl say Wii has no good games aside from Nintendo's when the system has the most great exclusive 3rd party games in this generation.

If Windows Market Place is not the only option for installing my games, I don't - and publisher should also not, give a sh*t about this iTunes store wannabe. But if MS really need to follow Apple foot steps and make their OS as closed platform, good luck for them , because, the only reason people still using Windows
