I heard he was polling best among the candidates currently with those groups. I haven’t dug up numbers though. 

Progressive ideas are widely popular. So yeah, people want a progressive candidate. The idea too is that this is a recent development, so all those examples are moot.

Good to see the vibe I got when I visited is exactly the actual vibe of the city. 

The rent crisis here is ongoing and I see no reason for it to stop. Proximity to insanely expensive Portland is driving up the rent across the river big time. I don’t see anything fixing that, but maybe in a decade or so if enough low and middle income housing is built. But it is just a mess here.

It is not for everyone. 

I live in the other Vancouver and the only thing we have to offer is high rent prices and measles.

Ah fuck. I used to love shopping at Fresh Market when I lived in the South. Now I am out in the PNW and have no access to this and that makes me so, so sad. I wonder if it is worth having someone ship me some.
