But there is only 1,000 people there and unlikely they all commute, maybe 250 commuter vehicles to “The City” per day?
So how do 1000 people drive 6000 cars per day? It will take awhile to grow the population to get to the business case 6,000 per day, meanwhile the promised 18 year payback just stretches out

Toyota Highlander had same issue, had an inch of water inside but clearing out those front drains by the wipers did the trick.
GT3 cars are plenty fast, can lap Laguna Seca in 1:21, street Mclarens are in 1:29 range. It’s the tires more than HP. Good balance of performance and cost.
