Admittedly, this is a little hypocritical given Gizmodo's own intrusive adverts.

When you press the red X it goes to the system tray unless you specify in the preferences that X means exit. You could just right click on the tray icon and select 'exit'
Well, actually he didn't have kids (that we know of) and his wife died with him, so little family to speak of that would mourn his demise.
This is really funny. Only a minute ago I was trying to get the localized Danish (where I now am) version of google instead of .co.uk... sometimes I think blogs like this have mind reading capabilities
I thought that as well, the BBC didnøt pay £1,800,000 for a non slanted version of their logo and a different typeface. They got the whole branding she-bang (http://www.bbc.co.uk/historyofthebbc/resources/in-depth/bbc_logo.shtml)
I assume you'd also cite the original source? Then why bother citing Wikipedia! It's like citing Google because you found a certain source or reference there.
Is the new Wikipedia reference tooltip a new feature (or an extension I've installed)? Could that explain—at least to an extent—the reason for the outage?
I actually disagree. It's a little amateurish to cite Wikipedia. As Wiki God Jimmy Wals says: "Citing an encyclopedia for an academic paper at the University level is not appropriate - you aren't 12 years old any more, it's time to step up your game and do research in original sources."…
UK computing retailer Maplin has been doing this for the last couple of months, going so far as to offer a 90 min delivery. Must admit, I have never tried it but it looks incredible!
Agreed. Not to mention the fact that HUGE sums of money are being diverted away from R&D (that would benefit the consumer) and into the pockets of lawyers. They should all relax and focus on creating cool products that people will buy instead of arguing over products that are already on the market.
I got the nickname from my brothers who couldn't, and still can't, properly pronounce my name (nor can I admittedly, apparently you need to 'roll the R'). I've used the name as the username is ALWAYS available on the internet. And it was a pleasure to help!
If you had read Thorin's (the author of the article) response to the original comment, you'd see that he clearly outlines the fact that he'll edit the article accordingly. Reading certainly does help!
how much do they drain the battery though?
Sorry, how would the US government be 'throwing money' at Samsung by ruling in their favour and, dare I say it, in the interest of free and fair trade. Judges should rule on what is just and what is fair instead of any political reasons, however important.
Surely he'd only need one, that being the beauty of digital. If he saved them to Evernote, he could also allow the commandments to be collaborated on by others around the world, thus negating any future religious 'disagreement'.
http://youtu.be/9552765 This is the one you were probably thinking about. It's just a concept though
VOTE: Adidas MiCoach
BBC coverage (+VPN if outside the UK) to get THE most comprehensive and, frankly, impressive internet streams. Up to 25 live streams at any one time showing all events with live pause, play, rewind functions, it'd be stupid not to. (sales pitch over)
Impressive how many are British news sources. And how high they come compared to the American sources...!
What's your screen res if 1920x1200 doesn't fit? You can just crop it!
