If I set up a motion-sensor shutter release thing purposely to capture natural photos of wildlife up close and a Tiger sets off the sensor, does the Tiger own it seeing as it effectively the tiger that releases the shutter?

Does that mean those motion-sensor based shutter release things for photographing tigers or whatever is owned by the wildlife that moved across the sensor...?
