Maybe the problem is that the rest of your league figured out the gimmicky nature of your offense, and without an incredible quarterback that offense just doesn’t run well.

I haven’t bought battlefield, and it’s because these games have incredibly stupid and unrealistic game mechanics like being able to jump out of a flying plane flying feet above the ground and land and run/shoot like that’s something that makes any sense at all.
