Agreed. This is how I would prefer they always play. It makes it more fun to play along at home.

Standards and Practices? For a TV game show?

Why doesn't Jeopardy just make it a rule that you must choose clues sequentially in each category? You would still be free to choose your category among those available, but if the producers, who run the show, would prefer players did things a certain way, why not just codify it?

NHTSA runs the roadblock studies, called the National Roadside Survey of Alcohol and Drug Use by Drivers, like this: local police stop motorists, order them into the roadblock area without talking to them, and then federal contractors ask them to participate in a survey about their drinking and drug use habits. The

I will go as far as to pass someone in a car that is smoking, because I can smell it through my car's HVAC system if it is open. I even catch a whiff now and then on the highway. Just amazing how pervasive the odor can be.

I worked foodservice when I was 14. I was making like $500 a week, way too much money for a teenager, and basically un-learned the value of money and screwed myself for the coming college years when I would be forced to live on much less (and unwisely chose to supplement this with credit cards).

I'm always astonished at the difference a few blocks makes from Jamaica Queens to Jamaica Estates (where my sister lives).

Would definitely be a bummer to have to pay attention to home internet usage. I wonder if we'll start seeing more bandwidth management options in mainstream routers?

Nice job! It really is about controlling your intake more than anything. I'm 6'1 and was also up to about 260 some time ago. I'm at 240 now and feeling a lot more healthy just from that first 20lbs dropped. My goal is to get to 200 by this summer. Haven't been there for probably 10 years.

I think it should be mandatory for everyone to spend a year working in the service industry, to weed out all the asshole 5% tippers of the world.

I dunno, I guess I'm just not a fan of legislating common sense.

There was an article on here a while ago talking about accident statistics. Flying has never been safer than it is today. Something like 8 crashes all of last year... I wonder how many of those were due to distraction.

Don't need one in CO or WA. I know the cards are easy to get, but legalizing it recreationally is still a very important precedent.

I am not a medical patient.

I thought the stores didn't open till summer up there?

The 'you' in this context being residents of the Denver metro area, for now anyway.

Interesting article. As someone who is trying to control caloric intake, I have to pick and choose when to partake. We have been limiting it to a once every few weekends thing, and that seems to be ok.

Ok, I'll admit I didn't watch the video before commenting. After seeing more specifically what he's talking about, I will agree that those kinds of streets probably do have a weight restriction.

What about trucks? Usually that space to which you're referring is there so that large trucks have room to make the turn. Some areas don't have a lot of truck traffic, so there won't be many tracks (compared to car traffic).

Finally! I can take my legal marijuana to the beach!
