I put the game down about 2 weeks ago and probably won’t be picking it back up again for several months. I very much enjoyed my time with Anthem but there was a wall that I hit in terms of fun vs. work quotient that always has me move on to the next game if it isn’t easily surpassed.

As someone who just got the game like a month ago...I can attest to it also not living up to expectations after being a massive fan of the series.

I 100% agree with the idea of being forced into progression trees based on choice.

I once saw a man on the NYC subway with no legs, handwalk across the floor during rush hour while playing a harmonica and singing rather well. It was at that moment I saw this individual and said to my self: Now that is impressive as fuck; good on that guy for being a badass.
