Right on! As a black (male) gamer I will say these things absolutely matter. One of the big things I noticed about Apex was the diversity right off the bat, especially since none of them seem like “stereotypes”.

To be honest; as a person of color, I found it to be one of the best. It was one of the 1st times in a western developed game I could play as a baddass who didn’t look like Nathan Drake; AND made the characters ethnicity a central part of the story.

Yea I felt the same the 1st time I played however you have to spec into it properly, once you do..it becomes easy mode. Hell by the time I had my full loadout and hit 134, I stopped using guns all together, there was never any need.
