You're trying to debunk a theory with another theory. You're all idiots until something happens or doesn't.

I got the same letter from a "Dana E. Cogswell," who I'm not sure actually exists, except it was an offer to buy the MicroCell for like 130 bucks. I was livid. Then AT&T finally flipped a switch on a new tower in SF, so I'm letting it go... for now.

Like many, I am far too lazy to browse the source article, and all of the comments before posting my opinion. So I'll just list these violations of the Apple brand guidelines in my head:

Being a total sucker, I paid over $1200 to AT&T for my 3GS' service over the past year (including stupid intl data fees) and got little-to-no voice coverage at my house in the middle of SF. No data coverage at all. On rare occasion I'd see an EDGE icon, but never, ever 3G,

You think you're getting screwed, imagine paying over $1200 so far on an iPhone contract and not getting service in your own house in the middle of San Francisco. I'm in an epic game of phone tag with an AT&T "Customer Care Representative" who won't even give me a phone number to reach him. I have to e-mail him so

@Nevest356: I'm sorry and you're welcome. Mixed feelings on that one. Must be the Power Glove.

The IKAROS? Gustav Graves is gonna be pissed that the Japanese stole his idea.

How many excuses does Apple need to kill their own AT&T contract?

@draper3000: That's what they said of Sony's product line up too, though.

Ah gahd, Google doesn't own satellites (yet) and photos on that level are taken with prop planes on Sunday mornings. C'mon people.

No joke, my birthday was on Monday and I got a box of these as a gift, no doubt after expressing my curiosity over the infomercials while watching BBC World News America at my parents' house. They were free so I'll try them out anyway... even though it's now confirmed in my mind that they're a scam.
