He’s saying he feels stronger than he has in the past, that’s promising I hope......I feel like Phinney is just a rather unlucky person.

I can’t find the rest of this thread but yeesssss it’s one day classics time of year!

I don’t ride motorcycles....(yet)...but I do road bike. Had my first ‘bad’ crash on Saturday. Of course it was while I was on a date, on a paved protected bike path. Nevertheless I washed out in a bit of gravel at 16-17mph. My leg took the brunt of it, got the wind knocked out of me, but I fell well.…
Off topic, but...
I actually looked at cars at this dealer with an ex gf. They have a very interesting lineup there. ALLLL sorts of cars from nice normal things to..well...this I suppose. This definitely wasn’t sitting outside when I was there though.
At least Chevy has the SS and stuff, something if you squint hard can kiinnnddaaa be a stock car....
I worked just next to Rowayton, liked going to the market there for lunch. I’m back in Pittsburgh now. Don’t miss the taxes, new college grad hedge fund manager attitudes, or taxes (again) but do miss the awesome cars I’d occasionally see.
Well it was the one up in Sono, then I probably ended up at the Spread (roommate is the GM/former roommate). I moved back to Pittsburgh from CT last May. Nothing will beat my utter disbelief when I walked in and though “oh, cool, that PILE of Countach’s under the tree there is amazing!”. Then I turn the corner, and…
I had the red headed stepchild MkV.
I’m bummed I missed that lunch...I was busy staring at the Countach’s and the Ferrari P4/5, and then destroying 1/2 price bottles of wine at Barcelona.
Well, some guy in Cleveland I think. Saw one of these at the Pittsburgh Auto Show on Saturday. Next to a whole bunch of countach’s, a Diablo, and a couple Ferrari’s.
I’m not sure on fees, but I think Florida makes you take a test and have classes and range time. Not sure how long, have to ask my dad again.
Part of me wishes I never tried. Stupid me told my recruiter about a tonsillectomy when I was 17, when he asked about any adult surgeries. I didn’t have the fortune of anyone telling me ‘don’t tell them anything’. Turns out I have a really mild sleep apnea (not overweight, I don’t snore, just enough wakeups for it to…
Also started dabbling with triathlons racing on Specialized.
I’m in Dormont, but don’t mind driving into the city. I keep hearing about Cattivo...I’d go anywhere that has something interesting.
Hey! As someone who just moved back to Pittsburgh (oh I missed it) I’ll be checking it out...not as date ideas but just for something to do!
This was discussed in a thread a few weeks ago, but I really am in the minority. I don’t find any of them attractive.
I wish the Phalanx could get art like the nose of some aircraft. This should be it.
