Looks like a mixture of old and new Stoneman to me. It possibly being from the character designer of battle network on my solidifies this in my eyes.

There is so much love and care out into that game it is insane. I suggest giving the Umbran Arts on YouTube a look to get a sense of why Bayonetta succeeded so much as a game. It gives you all of the tools necessary to be great.

It was incredible! So much variety and excellent level design. That game was perfection to me.

Combining powers was the best part of one of if not the greatest Kirby games of all time: Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. This is a HUGE callback to that game.

Ever play Devil May Cry? When I was a kid, I couldn’t play it because the PUPPETS (the very first enemies) were too scary for me. They shambled like zombies and I could not handle it. I rebuked horror for years.

The fact that anybody could have possibly thought miss “Let’s run; but not before I reach climax on my summon!” could ever be thought of as an amazing heroine... I’m over it lol.
